The Club is a safe and welcoming place for older people where they can access specially tailored exercise routines 24/7, share hobbies, learn new things and socialise.
Along with exercises to help them to stay strong and independent, there’s a book club, bingo, quizzes, healthy eating tips, art classes, mindfulness and more.
“This gives me something to look forward to everyday and I love the variety of exercises. It’s a lifesaver!”

Due to Covid19 and lockdown, more people than ever are suffering from loneliness, with almost 4 million saying the television is their main company.
Loneliness puts individuals at greater risk of depression, dementia, heart disease and stroke and is as bad for health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day.
Half a million older people go at least 6 days a week without seeing or speaking to anyone at all.
To nominate an older person, please complete the form below. We will contact your nominee as a funded place becomes available.
